I usually write this blog in German (if I write at all, that is). But since both the sessions I was involved in at re:publica 14 were in English, this wouldn’t make much sense here.
The panel discussion „Gate keeping, old and new. How freedom of the press is threatened by the companies that themselves depend on it“ with Jillian C. York and Alexa O’Brien I devised and set up myself, the session „Between Freedom and Fear – Digital Media as Tools of Expression and Repression“ I facilitated on invitation of Geraldine de Bastion and the GIZ. The latter one is not online yet; I’ll post it here asap.
